Onyx Boox Note5
- Blessed by the eBay gods on this one (300cad before tax and shipping)
- The stock pen is horrible, but easily replaceable by a knockoff Samsung S6 Lite pen
- The screen’s accuracy is a big drawback and it makes me actively not want to use it. I found another way to take notes so if I want to handwrite, I use pen and paper. Otherwise I mainly use it for either reading larger PDFs (without note-taking) or manga
- Apps I use
- NeoReader3
- Minimalism Launcher
- Tachiyomi
- Solid Browser (file explorer)
- Zotero-fork (syncing papers and textbooks)
- EinkBro (browser)
-
Moan InkPalm 5 (1st gen.)
- 32GB/3GB

- KOReader (great reading app. use this all the time)
- UnLauncher (good alternative to minimalism launcher)
-
Qin Phone F21 Pro (32/3)
- Has it’s own number separate from my iPhone
- Apps
- Alarmy
- Calendar
- Spotify
- Google Maps
- Forest
-
iPhone 11
- 128GB
- Has my main sim card but is stripped of social media apps
- All my friends have this number and are used to it having iMessage so I don’t really care about replacing the phone outright
-
Airpod Pros (2nd gen.)
- Active noise cancelling is actually god’s gift to neurodivergancy
- Solid battery life but I feel like the ANC is getting worse on mine
-
Casio W800H-1BV
- Cool watch
- Green blacklight is easy to see at night
List of devices i’ve daily driven for an extended period
please note that i like testing a researching a lot, so this is always subject to change. I plan on eventually writing more in depth about my experiences with said devices, as I think it would be more beneficial to get the information out in some sort of accessible written form instead of having to wait for me to script, record, edit, and upload a YouTube video. It just makes the process easier

- Update (2023-07-05)

- Update (2024-04-26)
- I can no longer use this as the scrollwheel is complete broken. If I scroll up in one direction, it has a high chance of scrolling in the other direction. It’s like having joystick snapback but in your mouse wheel. Into the junk it goes!
